x86_64 on 2.6.11 oops' on breakpoint.

There have been problems similar to this in the past, it should not be
happening, but the 2.6.11 patch was put together in a limited time and
had only a quick functional test, so it sounds like something I should
look into. 

Send me any more data you have, I will have to set up and test it here 
as I have time.
