[PATCH] fix kdb compilation

Hi Keith,

The attached patch fixes the cmpilation of kdb in my enviroment,
in fact I can't see where ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED might be defined elsewhere.

I have in my tree for ages and I think it should really become part
of the official tree :)
