SGI do not support kdb for 2.2 kernels, all our work is on 2.4.

ftp://oss.sgi.com:/projects/kdb/download/ix86/ contains
kdb-v1.5-2.2.18.gz but I am not maintaining kdb for 2.2 kernels.  If it
works, fine, if not then try asking the list, somebody else might have
got it working on 2.2.19.
