Thanks Juan, I just did all those on my own tree, except for removing
kdb_enablehwfault which is needed for IA64.  Plus adding kdb hooks into
bluesmoke and cleaning up some redundant trap entries which used to be
reserved but are now used by bluesmoke.  You can get it on

The patch would have been out sooner but the scsi and devfs changes
really stuffed up my test environment.  Code freeze - what code freeze?
