kdb v1.5 on 2.2.*

I've got SGI's kdb 1.5 mostly working on a Cobalt derivative of
2.2.16.  If there are others working with or interested in
kdb 1.5 on 2.2.*, I'd be happy to share experiences.  I prefer
kdb 1.5 over the published 2.2.13 kdb for two reasons: backspace
key, more complete backtrace.
