About 6 months ago I had to invoke a DR (disaster recovery) on one box that runs xfs exclusively. I used xfsrestore; /archives/xfs/2004-02/msg00211.html (8,557 bytes)

Using a xfsdump -l0 ... | xfsrestore ... worker, but a second xfsdump -l1 ... | xfsrestor failed in xfsrestore. So I'd advise; /archives/xfs/2004-02/msg00214.html (8,581 bytes)
