I assume you merged up the kernel to beta7? If you blindly apply the patch generated by the LVM makefile system, you'll end up backing out the XFS-specific changes to the volume manager. In this cas

yes i am - i'll try to fix it but i can't guarantie it - because i'll leave for a short journey to zuerich in under two hours ... but i can guarantie that i will fix it at the weekend if it won't be
