dude...why don't you just use the kernels that jalal built on: dist:/test/ProPack1.5-ia32/latest/RPMS that kernel is now running on waco.engr. -tduffy

As Steve pointed out, your kernel doesn't support the SGI disk partitioning scheme used in IRIX. The other thing worth noting is... fdisk knows what the ondisk format for an SGI disk label is, so do
