/proc/ksyms says that the modules were loaded from /lib but ksymoops cannot find them there. I guess that you are using initrd so /lib is pointing at the ramdisk /lib, not the real /lib. As a workaro

Okay, second try at decoding the output. This one looks better, but I still don't like how some parts look. As a side note, I ran the same tests on 2.4.3-XFS-PR3 for 30 hours this weekend without hit
