After some unclean shutdowns xfs_repair 3.1.4 can not handle one of my
filesystems anymore. Shortly after entering Phase 6 all disk activity ceases,
and strace shows all threads blocking:

This is my home filesystem, thus somewhat sensitive, but I can provide a
metadump if really necessary (the filesystem is 100 GB).
