Hello! Good night! Before anything else, I want to wish everyone a Merry
Christmas and a blessed and prosperous new year. This is the first time that I
post a possible kernel failure. Come on. I use Debian 7 (x86_64 version) in a
virtual machine (virtualbox) and have two kernels, the original version and the
3.2.53 I compiled. I might point out that this virtual machine is not
professional, I use at home to study. To save memory, I downloaded the
2.6.32.61 kernels/2.6.34.14 available on kernel.org site main page. As far as I
see they are not the last for the numbering, but are the last who suffered
modification. So, I use the XFS file system to vary slightly in actual machine
I use the reiserfs and or ext4. When compiled these two kernels 2.6. x didn't
see any occurrence, but when you use them I start to shake in the operating
system and suddenly the system hangs and the commands at the prompt are not
answered, it is necessary to restart the virtual machine. See the file
logs/var/log/kern.log saw a lot of message and a phrase KERNEL BUG and another
after KERNEL RIP and various strange codes between those two sentences. Follow
the file attachment. (1). Note: This event does not occur in 3.2. x kernels

pouco, em mÃquina real eu utilizo os sistemas reiserfs e ou ext4. Quando
compilei esses dois kernels 2.6.x nÃo vi ocorrÃncia nenhuma, mas na hora de
utilizÃ-los eu comeÃo a mecher no sistema operacional e derrepente o sistema
trava e os comandos no prompt nÃo sÃo respondidos, Ã necessÃrio reiniciar na
forÃa a mÃquina virtual. Vendo os logs do arquivo /var/log/kern.log vi um monte
de mensagem e uma frase KERNEL BUG e outra depois KERNEL RIP e vÃrios cÃdigos
estranhos entre essas duas frases. Segue anexo o arquivo. Obrigado 1.
