Sep 28, 2005 -- Xact Aid, Inc. (XAID - News) is pleased to announce the
acquisition of a License granting the Company the world wide right to
use, under its brand name, a patent-pending F.D.A. 510(K) cleared device
to be utilized in a new diagnostic rapid-test product which will be
announced in the near future.
According to the Company's President, Robert Pautsch, "We are very
excited by the granting to us of this license, which will enable Xact Aid
to move forward with the development of a new diagnostic product
targeting the sexually transmitted disease ("STD") marketplace."

Xact Aid Inc. is a bio medical firm focusing on life science solutions
for the sexually transmitted disease marketplace.
The market for STD Alert extends to a majority of sexually active
