metadump image to demonstrate

after bunzip2'ing, xfs_mdrestor'ing and mounting, ls mnt/75dpi will demonstrate
the bug under a CONFIG_XFS_DEBUG build.  xfs_bmapi gets *nmap == 0 via
xfs_dir2_leaf_getdents().
