potential patch

With this patch it prints a warning & moves on.

[root@host xfsprogs-dev]# db/xfs_db -r -c frag
../coolcold-frag-segfault/xfs.img 
invalid numrecs (46311) in bmapbtd block
actual 38085, ideal 37731, fragmentation factor 0.93%

Could be cleaned up a bit but there you go.  Looks like you need to run repair.
