Just a quick update.

This morning I saw another

reconnect_path: npd != pd

appearing in the logs. I think it happened when one of the clients made a
directory listing of an export. I only got one entry though and the client was
still able to access the export afterwards, no stale NFS handles etc. So while
the patch seems to help it does not seem to fix the problem completely. The
uptime of the server was around 7 hours with no real NFS access during that
time.
