http://oss.sgi.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=732 ------- Additional Comments From hch@xxxxxxx 2008-12-30 15:23 CST ------- back in 2.6.9 days 4k stacks still were a major concern, especially when using lvm. But the error case would be crashes and not silent corruption. The only time I have ever seen such a case was when NFS exporting under a load when the inode cache had bad bugs. Now it's been quite a while since this bug was filled (sorry), and I suspect you have moved on from that setup, but if you still have a filesystem with such symptoms around a metadump would be interesting. -- Configure bugmail: http://oss.sgi.com/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. |
