What's the error messages and stack trace prior to the xfs_force_shutdown
message? i.e. why did the filesystem shutdown? Were there any I/O errors?
If there is no message, please set /proc/sys/fs/xfs/error_level to 11
so the next time it occurs there is a stack trace and error message
prior to the shutdown.
Also, can you post the output of 'xfs_info <mntpt>' for the three filesystems
in question (need to do while they are mounted and not shut down). The
output of lspci would also be handy so we know what hardware you are actually
using....
