The bug isn't reproducable anymore, I successfully mounted both images on an  
* AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+
* Linux version 2.6.20-rc7 (gcc version 3.4.6 (Gentoo 3.4.6-r1, ssp-3.4.5-1.0, 
pie-8.7.9)) #4 SMP Fri Feb 2 17:01:15 CET 2007
