XFS has read something from disk that it expected to be metadata, but found it
to be something else - magic numbers did not match.
I'd suggest xfs_repair; it's hard to say for sure why xfs read bad data from
disk - could be as mundane as a flakey IO subsystem. Since you rebuilt the
raid map, I'd be inclined to say that something went wrong there.
I would suggest a backup, either a normal backup from the filesystem, or a
bitwise image of the underlying device, before you run repair, just to be safe.
From the messages, the device "dm-6" seems to be the only one affected.
