I am Kelvin Brown, the Corporate Finance Manager of Standard Bank Jersey branch
and I am fifty years old. I stumbled on this remarkable discovery. On June 6,
2000 an American Oil consultant/contractor with the Harliburton oil company
office here in Channels Island , Mr. Paul Henley made a Deposit for twelve
calendar months, valued at (Nine Million United States Dollars) in my bank. Upon
maturity, I sent a routine notification to his forwarding address but got no
reply. Several periodic reminders were sent but to no avail and finally we
discovered from his contract employers, (Harliburton) that Mr. Paul Henley had
died from an automobile accident on his way back from a holiday trip.
Further investigation revealed that Late Paul Henley declared no next of kin on
his sworn affidavits with the bank records. This sum of (Nine Million United
States Dollars) is still in my bank and remain unclaimed till date. According
to British laws, the government will confiscate this money if unclaimed by the
end of the third quater of 2005 financial year.
I am therefore, most humbly and discreetly seeking a reliable, serious
minded, commited, honest and a trustworthy foreign associate and friend to help
stand as the next of kin and secure these funds on my behalf incase Mr Paul is
not in any way related to you, rather than having it seized by the authorities.
I will give you more details as soon as I hear from you, should you be of
assistance in any way, I offer you 10% of total sum.
Thanks and best regards.
Mr Kelvin Brown.
