xfs_io and xfs_quota's -c option handling is not very good for "global" commands which don't rely on the file/filesystem list it uses. Command such as "help" and "print" are such candidates. The attached patch addresses this issue, and also allows "-c help [xxx]" in xfs_io without a file. xfs_quota will not print help once for each XFS filesystem either.
