i am not 100% shure that this is really an XFS problem but i will
at least write it down here - maybe someone else sees something
similar:

i this morning had a problem at that small xfs testmachine i am
using here - it is now running a used squid and an innd for two
weeks (so two weeks old xfs code) - the squid did not react
anymore and also the news server did not (both of them have
their files on the same filesystem) - i did not find any-
thing special in any logfile etc. ... restarting the
squid fixed the problem (also innd was running then
fine again) ... but as said - this does not really
have to be xfs related in any way ... will update
the xfs code tomorrow and will keep an eye on
it ...
