chgrp broken by 2.4.3-cvs

I haven't seen anything about this, so I thought I'd mention it. There seems to
be something amiss with groups and the cvs tree as of yesterday. After
installing a kernel compiled from yesterday's cvs, I was unable to chgrp any
files. Reverting to a previous kernel (2.4.2, also from cvs, from Mar 2) fixed
the problem.
