Sometimes I think I'm the only person in the world who hates GNU's %$@*$!
--long-options.

The other consideration is that changes to interface or default
functionality really need to go into xfsdump and xfsrestore on IRIX, as
well.  And as soon as IRIX comes into the picture, we need to consider
backwards/forwards compatibility and customer expectations.
Compatibility, in this case, is very broad -- it includes things like
command line options, dialogs and exit codes.  (Just something to keep in
mind.)
