Well, here's the idea.

In the past, bugs have gone to the list.  Sometimes discussion happens,
sometimes they get fixed, sometimes they get lost.

We've got bugzilla running now, which will be a much better way to track bugs,
but I'd like the chance for the list to see them as in the past, so that we can
get some discussion & possibly triage.

So, the thought was that if new bugs go to the list as well, we can track
them in bugzilla, but also get the collective knowledge of the list to help
eyeball them.

Sooo Russell is trying to set things up to accomplish this.
