I don't think it's "presented" by IBM. IBM merely hosts that
DeveloperWorks site, where various people contribute various articles
about various aspects of Linux.

The article about XFS is the 9th article in a thread about advanced
filesystems for Linux. Previously the author wrote about ReiserFS, tmpfs,
DevFS, and Ext3.
