rsync -rulHpogtS --delete --force /export/users/ root@hepserv2:/export/users/

with kernel-smp-2.4.2-SGI_XFS_1.0 installed on our backup server worked
without any problems.

Or main server is running kernel-smp-2.4.2-SGI_XFS_1.0 with the quota
patch applied.
