2.4.5 compiles, almost:(

I get the following error at the end of the build after patching the 2.4.5
SGI tree with LVM 0.9.1b7:

drivers/md/mddev.o(.text+0xabed): undefined reference to
`get_hardblocksize'

make: *** [vmlinux] Error 2

I've also sent this to the LVM list and I'll post if they come up with the
answer first.
