SAMBA Case Insensitive Kernel Support

Vaguely remember there was a discussion about the subject... Is the XFS 
support (via kernel space) ready ? Last time it was indicated that it'll be 
done via kernel config. Does this mean it is an "all" or "none" feature ? 
Could it be done via mount option ?
