LVM2 is the userspace counterpart of the kernel DM (device mapper).  I
am not aware of any userspace issues, but I believe that a DM issues
have been fixed and SuSE did a complete audit of the DM multipath
logic in preparation for SP2.

Specifically I believe Lars Marowsky-Bree is the official SLES
maintainer for the 3 areas I mentioned above.  I have seen him
routinely post bugs/fixes on the dm-devel mailing list for the last
several months.

I have also seen a message of his that said SP2 was closely following
any dm issues.
