Ok, please do one more test - download ftp://misie.k.pl/xfs/xfs-test.img
(35MB) and run mmapcat (included in image) on it.

Our kernel is heavily patched so one of these patches may break things
but we had one raport on such problem on vanilla 2.4.18 + xfs patch.
