xfsprogs/xfsdump translations needed

I'd never noticed, but xfsprogs has only a Polish translation; xfsdump
has none.  If anyone is interested, let's see if we can get some folks
to do other translations...  I'd offer, but my German is really, really
bad.  :)

Anybody interested?
