xfsdump/restore on FC3 wacky

I built my own xfsdump on a FC3 machine (xfsdump-2.2.25-1.x86_64.rpm), 
including the requisite parts, so that my system, which is otherwise a 
stock FC3 from the ISO images, has these rpms:

When I dump, I use this commandline (given that an xfs filesystem has 
been made and mounted at /sdb3):

cd /sdb3; xfsdump -J - /dev/sda3 | xfsrestore - .

To begin, I get this:

Anyone seen this before?
