Well, wasn't in the case that they also removed something that might
be find to be infringing on SCO?
I think that was one of the reasons behind 1.3.1.
And since it's for a company and not an individual it could be that
management of his company decided that they want the latest XFS
for that reason alone in which case they'd want 1.3.1 and not 1.3.0.
