I was wondering how you keep track of TAKES in CVS. Any possibility of
seeing the script source?

Shawn.

You really do not want to know what is going on ;-)

The TAKE messages come from SGI's internal source code control
system - which is based on rcs, but with a lot of other features.

Every hour a cron job takes the current version of this rcs tree,
prunes out the pre open source parts of the rcs history, and rsyncs
it out to oss as a cvs repository.

So we are not using cvs internally at all.

Steve
