Hello, I have fully updated RedHat7.1, used to use 2.4.3-RH-XFS_1.0.1 kernel. Now I'm using kernel-2.4.9-6SGI_XFS_PR3_PR3 updated userspace RPM's and from time to time I'm getting core dumps with names such as core.3314 that I never got before with 2.4.3-RH-XFS_1.0.1 kernel. Crossover plugin, you know, the Quicktime & Shockwave plugins emulator for Linux webbrowsers, seems to generate them while still working well in my Mozilla 0.9.5. However I used the plugin with XFS1.0.1 patched 2.4.3 RH kernel, and I didn't have this problem. Would the current test kernel cause this? Please enlighten me. :-) -- ICQ#: 103231199 |
