 Not including any charges levied by your ISP for data transfer. 
 (I'm volume charged, so the 'free' download is not free).

 We have a fun time here trying to explain to people how downloading
MP3s (and other stuff) is not 'free' and how we noticed their
downloading of MP3s by the $200 volume charge bill against their
workstation for the previous month....
