Ah, I'm trying to chase down a similar problem, but yours is a better
(more narrow) test case... 

What version of 1.0.1 is this?  (RH-2.4.3 or 2.4.5?  RPM or patch?  What
compiler?)

I've seen this after running the fsstress command, then running xfs_fsr,
then unmount - and I also see the problem go away if I do lookups (ls
-R) on the filesystem first.

Anything you can tell me to help recreate the problem here would be much
appreciated.
