Maybe you could be a bit more specific about which include files  you
are referring to?
XFS already adds a dozen or so files to include/linux.

Note much of the code structure in fs/xfs is keep intentionally similar
to the irix
code base so the  merges from the irix tree isn't a complete brain
bender.
