I made an (as yet untested) driver update disk for this with updated DAC960, cpqarray, and cciss drivers that include the necessary ioctl at: http://lager.dyndns.org/raid-dd-i686-0509.img dd that to a disk and type "linux dd" or "text dd" at the installer prompt. If you feel like experimenting a bit, you might give it a shot.
