Hm, I'm having trouble duplicating this. 128M box, 8GB XFS disk, all standard mount & mkfs options. $ dd if=/dev/zero of=foo bs=32768k count=128 $ dd if=foo of=bar bs=32768k gives me no error messages... I did see the "Bad write on page" error when I ran out of space while filling a filesystem with the above commands, though. -Eric |
