I think the work that has been done to create a new system with FULL XFS (including / and /boot) is great!

I'm thinking of modifing the installer just a bit more to include lvm support during the install. (although I do know that there may be issues with the root fs using lvm)

The question that I've got is... Has anyone tried it yet, and what issues do you think I'd encounter? Actually the biggest question is, is the version of XFS on the install cd play well with LVM, or do I need to use the current tree from cvs? (I noticed that the lvm is built in the "stock" xfs kernel, but I think it was 0.8 final.)

Thanks in advance.
