[PATCH 0/5] XFS updates for 3.0-stable

Patches 3 to 5 are fixes for a nasty hand under heavy metadata load
that Linus just applied.  Patch 2 is a patch that earlier went in, which
we thought of as a speedup, but helped with the issue patches 3 to 5
addressed, but didn't fix it entirely.  Patch 1 is a fix that should have
gone to -stable much earlier, but I forgot about it until I was re-reminded
while preparing the rest of the series.
