I seem to be having similiar problems, and xfs_repair is not helping :(

I always run into:

directly after booting.

I'm using kernel 2.6.22.16 and xfs_repair version 2.9.7

How can I help finding the problem? I'd like xfs_repair to be able to
fix this.

Br,
