Should be fine, there'll be caveats that its not an SGI project,
not SGI supported, etc, etc, but sounds like thats OK with you.

There's been changes merged into xfsprogs for a long time to
build on FreeBSD.  The CVS xfs-cmds tree is always the best
place to get current xfsprogs code, rather than the snapshots
- if CVS doesn't build atm, just send a patch over and should
be no trouble for us to merge it in.
