Summary: No such file or directory
           Product: Linux XFS
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: IA32
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: High
         Component: XFS kernel code
        AssignedTo: xfs-master@xxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: oh@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi,

After upgrading Linux kernel to 2.6.11-rc3 from 2.6.9, the XFS file system
seems corrupted.

When doing ls in the XFS FS, i got

ww47:/home9/CLUB/AAAA/12789/28502 # ls
/bin/ls: Police.Story.1.1985.XviD.AC3.2CD-WAF.nfo: No such file or directory
/bin/ls: Police.Story.1.1985.XviD.AC3.CD1-WAF.avi: No such file or directory
/bin/ls: Police.Story.1.1985.XviD.AC3.CD2-WAF.smi: No such file or directory
. ..

If i do, rm -rf *

w47:/home9/CLUB/AAAA # rm -rf 12789
rm: cannot remove directory `12789/28502': Directory not empty
rm: cannot remove directory `12789/28503': Directory not empty
rm: cannot remove directory `12789/28504': Directory not empty
rm: cannot remove directory `12789/28850': Directory not empty
rm: cannot remove directory `12789/29091': Directory not empty

This thing is happening all over the file system.

I have noticed this problem, after I upgrade to kernel 2.6.11-rc3. I have
downgrade to 2.6.9 again, but that problem still comes.

I did xfs_repair for the FS, nothing changed, though.

Any help will be appreciated.
