XFS specification.

Where could I find detailed XFS specification(documentation)? I got such a 
problem:
I have to write an add-on for "sparse files support system" in XFS: if to write 
file that has a big area with 0, so it could interpritate it like a "hole", and 
don't write it onto disk.
But I need detailed specification, I digged over whole internet, didnt find 
anything valuable.
