32-bit xfs_fsr doesn't work on PPC64 kernels (2.6.10-rc1-mm5) due to missing
32-bit compat ioctls:

$/usr/sbin/xfs_fsr /tmp
/tmp start inode=0
unable to get handle: /tmp: Invalid argument
$ dmesg | tail -1
ioctl32(xfs_fsr:10817): Unknown cmd fd(3) cmd(c01c5868){00} arg(ffffb440) on 
/tmp
