It's been a while since the locking was evaluated, to see if it's keeping
up with the kernel.  I'll try to get to this next week.

At first glance it appears that xfs_dm_send_data_event has the locking out of
order after it comes back from dm_send_data_event.  I think the down(i_sem)
should happen after any down*(i_alloc_sem).
