Do you have backup ?
If you do, then try some newer kernel, and restore the backup.

If you don't then you can try:

1. umount !!! the partitions you have problem with (NEVER access /dev/sd(xx)
even for read if filesystem is mounted - it will corrupt your filesystem)
2. copy them using dd to some other disk - you will have COPY_1
3. don't mount this copy.
4. from COPY_1 do a COPY_2
5. mount COPY_2 on another server and try xfs_repair
6. if it doesn't help make again COPY_2 form COPY_1
7. mount it in another server with latest kernel 2.6.x (2.6.8-rc?)
8. do xfs_repair, if doesn't help try xfs_db.
9. Try to hire somebody from SGI :)

BTW, SGI guys - is there any paid service (by SGI) to recover XFS data?

Regards.
